Kate Nash at Union Square
Over 200 fans turned out on Tuesday night at the Union Square location to see Kate Nash perform songs from her brand new CD “Made of Bricks”. Kate began her performance around 7:00PM and played songs featured on her new album on Geffen records. After her performance Kate signed autographs and greeted fans who turned out for this fantastic performance. On hand at the event, were over 20 photographers and MTV who filmed a portion of the in-store and also did an exclusive interview with Kate from the Union Square location. Be sure to watch MTV this week as Kate is their featured artist and clips will be shown on MTV NEWS. The store sold 122 copies of the CD and traffic was up 14.5% for the day. It was a very successful in-store and a great way to kick off our in-stores for 2008!
